Job summary

Portland Bottling Company is seeking a Production Technician for the graveyard shift in Clackamas, OR. This full-time role requires ensuring safe operation of production equipment while maintaining quality and efficiency across the line.

The starting wage is $21 per hour with a 6pm–6:30am schedule and a 2-2-3 rotation; every other weekend off. PTO and floating holidays accompany a comprehensive benefits package, with manufacturing or food & beverage experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation, GMP and allergen handling processes is a plus.
• Prior experience with production paperwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks associated with production equipment safely, with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.
• Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
• Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur.
• Troubleshoot and report deviations from standard parameters; collaborate to determine root cause.
• Ensure products are manufactured safely by following GMP.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Summary
