The Assistant / Back Up Lead is responsible for assisting the Lead and Manager with the day-to-day work of the Repack production and operation, while performing regular duties as a Repack employee. This position also provides back-up support while the Lead is absent including the supervision of the department operations (production, safety, throughput, 1st time quality, sanitation and maintenance and waste).
