Job Title: Production Technician Filling

Location: Swiftwater, PA

This is a non-exempt role in the Filling Department, with bi-weekly pay based on experience and education.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safety: Follow procedures, participate in safety meetings, report issues, participate in safety walkthroughs, provide safety input, and use +QDCI boards.
• Quality: Understand FDA audits, identify deviations, participate in investigations, ensure documentation accuracy, collaborate with quality teams, and maintain procedural compliance.
• Delivery: Perform production tasks flexibly, complete documentation, prepare areas for shifts, ensure aseptic setup, manage materials, and record inventory accurately.
• Cost: Follow procedures to avoid deviations, use materials efficiently, record activities, communicate improvements, and resolve production issues.
• Involvement: Complete training, mentor new team members, participate in meetings, ensure material availability, understand cGMPs, and cover department areas effectively.

About You

Education & Experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in cGMP/pharmaceuticals
• Associates degree with 2+ years
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years
• Proficiency in multiple operations or product lines, qualified trainer, system knowledge (SAP, Trackwise, etc.), mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and attention to detail.
