Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Swiftwater, PA, is actively seeking degreed or experienced production associates to join their dynamic team in the manufacturing of vaccines. Job Title:

Production Associate (Mid & High-Level Roles)

Location:

Swiftwater, PA

Available Shifts and Pay:

• Mid & High-level Filling, Inspection & Packaging Roles: All Shifts: $20.50 - $23.00

Requirements:

Life Science associate's degree, military experience, or 2+ years of production experience required. Aseptic training is a plus!

What’s the Job?

• Perform production tasks in accordance with business needs and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures.
• Complete sampling and documentation as required.
• Participate in deviation investigations when appropriate.
• Complete quality documentation (BPRs, logbooks, etc.) accurately and promptly.
• Safely move 800+ lb carts with a teammate.

What’s Needed?

• Required: College diploma or work experience in a related field (Life Sciences degree, military experience, or 2+ years of production experience).
• Preferred: Aseptic training.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to receive vaccines as required.
• Successfully pass background check and drug test.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
