Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification required and forklift operation.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive duties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Think quickly to troubleshoot problems on the line.
• Make incremental process adjustments and monitor quality.
• Set up new jobs and train on other lines and departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Follow Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.
