Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Comfort with reading and following detailed work instructions.
• Ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple departments and teams.
• Troubleshoot problems and make quick process adjustments.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Set up new jobs and train on other lines when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Support Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.
