Job Title: Production Technician

Eden Green Technology is hiring a Production Technician for our vertical farms in Cleburne, TX. If you are dedicated, collaborative, and hardworking, this is an excellent opportunity to enter the emerging vertical farming industry.

Greenhouse Hours:

Shift B: Saturday - Tuesday, 4AM - 2:45PM

Daily breaks: two 15-minute breaks and a 45-minute lunch break

Responsibilities:

• Transplant seedlings into the grow vines
• Manually clean and sanitize the grow area as needed
• Harvest mature plants for the pack house
• Operate scissor lifts (not recommended for those with an aversion to heights)
• Complete sanitation tasks as required
• Assist other departments as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours daily
• Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment with temperature variations
• Dependable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:
