Location: Wilmer, TX
Pay: $29–$32/hour
Shifts:

• Day Shift (A & C): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift (B & D): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating Wednesdays

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience with automated equipment maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with motors, pumps, valves, sensors, PLCs (ladder logic), and robotics
• Proficient with diagnostic tools: multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers
• Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems
• Experience with panel manufacturing equipment a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
• Replace components such as motors, belts, and sensors
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities
• Assist in equipment installation and upgrades
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Support training for new technicians
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
