Structural Component Systems, Inc. in Fremont, NE is hiring a Production Worker to create high-quality products for our clients. This 10-hour shift on a 4-day Mon-Thu schedule includes overtime on Fridays as needed; weekends are not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform the physical requirements, including lifting 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 105 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable source of transportation.
• Previous construction/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and bundle quality products using hand and power tools.
• Follow Production Lead's directives and safety policies to meet company goals.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
