Job summary

Structural Component Systems, Inc. in Fremont, NE is seeking full-time Production Workers to build high-quality roof and floor trusses, wall panels and engineered wood products. The role features 10‑hour shifts Mon–Thu with overtime on Fridays and no weekends, offering a starting wage of $20.50 on Floor Line or $22.00 on Wall/Roof Line.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 105 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable source of transportation.
• Training provided; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to assemble, package and bundle quality products.
• Follow Production Lead's directions and safety policies to meet company goals.
• Cross-train and assist in other manufacturing areas as needed.
