Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE is seeking full-time Production Workers to create high-quality products for our clients. These production positions work 10 hour shifts in a 4-day, Monday - Thursday workweek with overtime required on Fridays as needed (no weekends required) and earns a competitive wage and opportunity for pay raise every 6 months.

2nd Shift - 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Floor Line $20.50, Wall/Roof Line $22.00 per hour. Training available; no experience required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 105 lbs occasionally.
• Experience with hand or power tools is helpful.
• No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to assemble, package, and bundle products.
• Follow Production Lead directions to meet or exceed goals; cross-train as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during every shift; work as part of a team.
