Structural Component Systems, Inc. in Fremont, NE, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a full-time Production Worker to create high-quality products for our clients. This position works 10-hour shifts in a 4-day Monday-Thursday week, with overtime on Fridays as needed and no weekends.

Starting wage is $18.50 to $20 per hour, with floor line positions starting lower but training available. We offer health, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k), ESOP, PTO, paid holidays, excellent training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical labor including lifting 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 105 lbs occasionally.
• English not required; experience with hand/power tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and bundle products using hand and power tools.
• Follow Production Lead's directives; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed to support the team.
