Job Title: Production Assembler Plastic Static Mixers Job Description

This on-site role focuses on assembling and building plastic static mixers using a combination of manual and semi-automated production processes. You will perform hands-on assembly of plastic parts, support general production activities, and help maintain consistent output and quality standards in a structured, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble plastic static mixers using manual, semi-automated, and automated processes as required.

  • Perform hands-on assembly of plastic parts with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.

  • Follow established production procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and safety standards.

  • Work in a timely and efficient manner to maintain and support production quotas.

  • Handle general production tasks, including preparing materials, organizing components, and maintaining a clean work area.

  • Lift, move, and position materials and products as needed to support the assembly process.

  • Inspect assembled products for defects or inconsistencies and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe and orderly production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
