You will read blueprints, use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions, perform assembly and inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer literacy for navigating production systems and internal communications.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, standard work, and waste reduction.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving abilities in a shop-floor setting.
• Experience with CNC grinding or similar precision machining technologies.
