• Secure workpieces and tooling using specialized fixtures, clamps, and wrenches to ensure operational accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance in real-time, proactively adjusting controls to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on tooling, replacing components as necessary to prevent downtime.
• Analyze machine output against feed rates and cutting speed specifications to verify optimal functionality.
• Serve as a key point of contact during team briefings and shift transitions to ensure seamless communication across departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and quality compliance guidelines.
• Document production data accurately and identify, tag, or isolate any non-conforming materials for further review.
