Accelera is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to ensure the efficiency and quality of production lines. You will operate complex machinery, maintain strict quality standards, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, documenting data, and assisting with changeovers while maintaining safety and organization on the line.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; strong English communication.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and batch cards.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment with flexible scheduling.

  • Operate and monitor primary and auxiliary production equipment to maximize line efficiency and output.
  • Perform regular quality inspections and evaluate product samples to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications.
  • Maintain optimal operating conditions by adjusting machinery settings and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document production data, quality records, and logs with accuracy.
  • Support team by assisting with changeovers, relief for operators, and training new staff.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor primary and auxiliary production equipment to maximize line efficiency and output.
  • Perform regular quality inspections and evaluate product samples to ensure compliance with strict manufacturing specifications.
  • Maintain optimal operating conditions by adjusting machinery settings and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues.
  • Document production data, quality records, and operational logs with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support team success by assisting with equipment changeovers, providing relief for operators, and training new staff members.
  • Uphold a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve operational challenges and ensure continuous, safe production flow.
Qualifications
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent with strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures and technical batch cards.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds and handle heavy materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment with flexible scheduling.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience operating a forklift in an industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational equipment problems.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance or tooling assembly using basic hand tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting throughout a shift.
