Compensation

Pay: $27.36
Shift differential: 6%-8% for applicable hours worked

Schedule

12-hour shifts on rotating schedule (5:00PM - 5:00AM, 2nd shift). Ability to work holidays and weekends. Must attend 3 weeks of training during daytime hours.

Skills Required

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record maintenance activities, quality data, downtime, and output.
• Follow safety and good manufacturing practices.
• Communicate effectively about issues.
• Meet performance metrics.

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions.
