A Typical Work Day May Include:

• Operating equipment and technology tools throughout the facility, including mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, and palletizers
• Collecting product samples and supervising tank levels, utilizing computer systems to input and record data
• Manufacturing products to meet specifications
• Collaborating with peers and management for continuous improvement and teamwork
• Operating mobile equipment like forklifts and loaders
• Adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a safe, clean work environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with PPE
• Ability to work at heights (4 feet and above)
• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting
• Willingness to work overtime, including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with prior notice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Previous production work experience
