Pay Range

This range is provided by FULING PLASTIC USA INC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical and technical skills.
• 5 years experience in the plastics industry (plastic straw or tubing industry).
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery.
• Experience with material handling systems, air compressors, and water chillers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Duties

• Set up extrusion machines, prepare tooling, and start up the production line.
• Perform production line changeovers.
• Understand machine parameters and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow SOPs for start-up, shutdown, and cleaning procedures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery to improve productivity.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and major repairs.
• Assist coworkers in production as needed.
