CUSA in Monett, MO is seeking a Production Technician to load material and operate machines to produce components according to building specifications and CUSA standards. This role emphasizes safe, efficient production in a heated indoor shop environment.

You will perform daily planning, machine set-ups, and monitor KPIs while maintaining quality and throughput. A HS diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good ergonomics including standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Indoors, heated shop environment.

Summary
