Job summary

Lindsay Windows, LLC is seeking a Production Technician to join our production team on site. You will use hand tools and a tape measure to assemble and inspect window components, while aiming to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 lbs, and clear English communication. A $500 Hiring Bonus after 30 days is offered along with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and transfer 35 lbs frequently.
• Lift and transfer 50 lbs occasionally.
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.
• Can read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Using hand tools and tape measure.
• Lifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
