Lindsay Windows is actively looking for a quality minded individual to work in our production area as a Production Technician.

Responsibilities

• Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measuring, etc.
• Lifting/moving/placing window components that weigh 35-55 lbs.
• Meet production goals by posted line standards.
• Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Stand for the entire shift.
• Lift and transfer 35 lbs frequently throughout the course of the day.
• Lift and transfer 50 lbs occasionally throughout the course of the day.
• Reach overhead occasionally.
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.

Compensation

• Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).
• Opportunity for a $2/hour attendance bonus.

Compensation range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
