• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and schematics.
• Able to be on feet continuously for long periods.
• Able to bend, stoop, squat, and twist.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Follow standard safety procedures.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Accountabilities:**

• Assembly preparation, inspection, and organization of parts.
• Drilling, tapping, and preparation of parts for various processes.
• Set-up and break-down for paint processes.
• Shop maintenance and organization, including rigging equipment inspection.
• Practice 5S methodology in the shop.
• Process and standards improvement.
• Cross-training in yard and warehouse tasks.
