We are seeking a candidate with production experience to train as an Extrusion Technician. This role supports our rapid growth in manufacturing capabilities. This is NOT assembly line work; we produce plastic compounds to customer specifications. Candidates should be motivated team players with mechanical and technical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Technical setup and breakdown of the production line
2. Cleaning parts of the production line
3. Handling multiple materials and operating the production line
4. Maintaining records of activities through job reports
5. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
