Job Description

This position requires the ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and schematics, and involves physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Regular safety procedures must be followed, and consistent availability for scheduled shifts is essential.

Accountabilities include:

• Assembly preparation: gathering, inspecting, organizing, and delivering parts for each assembly
• Drilling and tapping designated parts
• Preparation of Burn & Machine (B&M) designated parts
• Setting up and breaking down parts and assemblies for paint
• General shop maintenance and organization
• Practicing 5S in common areas
• Continuous process and standards improvement
• Cross-training in yard labor tasks and warehouse management

Work Environment and Physical Demands
