Position Details:

• Location: Wiscasset, ME
• Position: Full-time Foam Production Technician
• Shift: Night (5:30PM – 5:30AM), rotating schedule
• Pay: Starting at $21.12/hr + $2.00 shift differential
• Benefits include paid breaks, wellness incentives, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control testing and inspection on foam products.
• Record data in a computerized database.
• Operate machinery used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foams.
• Package finished goods.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes for continual improvement.
• Work collaboratively to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pre-employment physical, background check, and references.
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication, organizational, mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills.
• Ability to work overtime, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks including standing and walking most of the workday.
• Visual acuity, ability to wear a respirator, and experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.
