Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Pay starts at $27.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership: ensure plant safety and follow EH&S policies.
• Operate equipment, monitor plant systems, troubleshoot and adjust processes.
• Communicate with supervisors about quality and cost improvements.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and support overall upkeep.
