Job summary

NatureWorks LLC in Blair, NE is seeking a Production Technician to operate and monitor the Blair plant's processes safely. The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shift rotation every four weeks.

You will help ensure environmental compliance, product quality, and plant safety. Starting pay is $27.50 per hour, with benefits beginning on day 1 and a generous leave policy.

Company Overview: NatureWorks is an advanced materials company providing renewably-sourced polymers and chemicals to industries such as packaging, fibers, and chemicals. Our Ingeo™ polymers offer eco-friendly alternatives to oil-based products and are used in various applications from electronics to 3D printing.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Production Technician responsible for the safe, daily operations of our production plant. This role involves environmental compliance, ensuring product quality, and maintaining plant safety. The position requires 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will rotate from days to nights every 4 weeks. Our plant is located in the Blair bio-refinery campus.
