JobSquad is seeking a Production Tech II for our facility in Springdale, AR. The role involves participation in multiple manufacturing activities, organization of workspaces, and general support for the production line.

Shifts available: 8:00–4:30 and 4:30–12:30, with at least 40 hours per week. Wages range from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Full-time employment with standard safety protocols.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and SOPs with precision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Keep detailed logs of all performed work.
• Follow setup procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure quality.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Handle hazardous materials and/or wastes under direct supervision of trained personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and related equipment.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Keep inventories of supplies and stocks on hand for production use.

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production Tech II to work at a company located in the Springdale, AR area! Job Title: Production Tech II Job Location: Springdale, AR Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $18-$20 per hour

Job Scope

Employee will participate in a variety of activities related to manufacturing, production and organization of the associated workspaces, as well as providing other support as needed for our manufacturing facility.

Position is full-time; shifts available: first shift (8:00 to 4:30) and second shift (4:30 to 12:30); it requires at least 40 hours per week

Job Duties

• Keep detailed logs of all performed work
• Follow all setup procedures and work instructions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure quality
• Follow all safety procedures
• Handling of hazardous materials and/or hazardous wastes under direct supervision of properly trained personnel
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and related equipment
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Keep inventories of supplies and stocks on hand for production use
• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED. Mechanical Engineering or some manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to:

• follow procedures and standard operating procedures with precision
• organize tools and production environment
• keep records

work in a team environment, but with initiative and able to work independently communicate effectively have an eagerness to learn new capabilities and skills be able to calculate simple algebraic equations forklift experience helpful work in a production environment while following safety procedures ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs
