Job summary

Center Manufacturing Acquisition in Wisconsin seeks a motivated individual to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment. The role requires someone who can perform audits, ensure safety compliance, and troubleshoot issues in the production process.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and basic mechanical aptitude, along with good communication skills. Physical demands include lifting materials and standing over a full work shift. Prior experience in fabrication is preferred but not required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physicaldemand;often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
