Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Tech in Clinton, TN to support daily manufacturing operations. You will assemble components by hand or with basic tools, operate equipment, perform basic quality checks, and package products for shipping.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in manufacturing or warehousing. You must be able to stand 8–12 hours and lift 35–50 lbs. The shift is Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with pay of $18 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or retail stockroom preferred.
  • Ability to stand or walk 8–12 hours and lift 35–50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and basic math for counting inventory and production tasks.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and finished products by hand or using basic hand tools, following work instructions carefully.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment by feeding raw materials into machines, monitoring performance, and performing basic troubleshooting or setup changes.
  • Complete quality control checks through visual inspections to confirm items meet specifications, measurements, and blueprint requirements.
  • Package finished products by placing them into boxes, labeling containers accurately, and loading them onto pallets or conveyors for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all workplace safety policies and PPE requirements.

What's the Job?
