Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley in Wallkill, NY is seeking a Production Team Member to support the production line on a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating shifts. The role is temp to perm and full time, starting at our Wallkill facility.

Responsibilities include trimming, slicing and vacuum sealing smoked salmon, packaging and labeling, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in cold conditions (38°F).
• Attention to detail to maintain product quality.
• Willingness to follow directions and ask questions.

Responsabilités

• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Adhere to all food safety protocols.
• Work as part of the team.
• Finalizing, packaging and labeling products for picking room and shipments.
• Monitor assembly line and remove faulty products.
• Work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Report issues to supervisor on duty.
• Attend and participate in all food safety training.
• Maintain good attendance.
