Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with seafood, including cutting and filleting fish.
• Strong knife-handling skills and comfort working with raw and smoked fish.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
