Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a Packaging Team Member to support the daily operations of the packaging line, including machine setup, feeding, catching, palletizing, labeling, and metal detection to ensure quality output in a refrigerated setting.

The position requires lifting up to 60 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to GMP, FDA, and USDA regulations. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working well in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems like Vista Trac.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, set up and operate packaging line equipment.
• Inspect Ready-to-Eat meat products for quality and compliance.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and work in a cold environment.
• Label, palletize, and package finished products per specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and equipment.
