Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation seeks an entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team. The role works under the Production Supervisor to support production, safety, quality, and delivery targets, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will follow SOPs, assist with workflow, participate in improvements, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while wearing PPE. Growth opportunities and standard benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of continuous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Able to perform physical duties (bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting).
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 40 pounds and standing/walking 8–12 hours.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.
• Commitment to SAFETY-FIRST culture and PPE usage.

Production Team MemberWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated entry-level Production Associate to join our MyEco team. The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Production Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.
