Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team in Georgia. You will work under the Production Supervisor to support the production area, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products for internal and external customers.

You will assist with daily operations, follow standard operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• 1-year continuous work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to take supervision and follow all policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical job duties including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors in safety boots for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a SAFETY-FIRST culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
