Job summary

Lippert is seeking an attentive production team member to help move materials and parts through the assembly process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure parts meet specifications, maintain inventory, and assist with repairs while upholding stringent safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift over 50 pounds, and teamwork in a dynamic setting. Typical hours are Mon–Thu, early morning shifts, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and directions.
• Manufacturing/production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
• Maintenance of material inventory.
• Movement of raw material through installation area.
• Assurance of proper parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge, etc.) for chassis completion.
• Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Movement of completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices.
