Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Production Associate to support the flow of production at our Elkhart, Indiana facility. This full-time hourly role requires teamwork and a strong commitment to safety as you help move materials and keep operations running smoothly.

You will maintain material inventory, move raw materials and completed parts through installation and shipping areas, verify part specifications, and assist in repairs while upholding housekeeping and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience
• Able to read basic blueprints
• Use of hand tools

Responsibilities

• Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
• Maintenance of material inventory.
• Movement of raw material through installation area.
• Assurance of proper parts specifications (size, dimensions, gauge, etc.) for chassis completion.
• Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Movement of completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices.
