Job summary

Lippert is seeking a full-time team member to assist in the production flow, ensuring materials move efficiently from intake to shipping. This role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and accurate parts handling on the shop floor.

You will work in a hands-on environment, reading basic measurements and blueprints, lifting up to 50+ pounds, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals. Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm; eligibility requires legal work status in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Able to read basic blueprints.
• Able to lift and maneuver items over 50 pounds.
• General tool use is required.

Responsibilities

• Observance of all safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of material inventory.
• Movement of raw material through installation area.
• Assurance of proper parts specifications for chassis completion.
• Assurance of sufficient part supply at all stations.
• Movement of completed parts to shipping area.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices.
