Job summary

Lippert is a global manufacturer supplying engineered products to RV, marine, automotive and building industries. This full-time hourly role supports production flow, ensuring parts meet specifications and are moved efficiently through the line.

You will work Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with required safety adherence and the ability to lift items over 50 pounds. High school diploma preferred; manufacturing experience a plus. Lippert offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Able to read basic blueprints and measurements.
• Use of hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain material inventory.
• Move raw materials through installation area.
• Ensure proper part specifications for chassis completion.
• Ensure sufficient parts at all processing stations.
• Move completed parts to shipping area.
• Assist in repair work as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
