Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a production associate to support the flow of production on the shop floor.

This hourly role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork while moving raw materials, ensuring parts meet specifications, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will read basic measurements, operate hand tools and fastening equipment, and help meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read basic measurements and directions.
• Manufacturing experience and ability to read blueprints are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials through the installation area and to shipping.
• Maintain material inventory and ensure proper part specifications.
• Support production flow and assist in repairs as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team to hit project timelines.
