Ecoplastic America Corporation is seeking a Paint Production Team Lead for the Paint Department. The role focuses on safely enhancing paint quality to meet internal and external requirements and aligns with the automotive paint process.

The position requires leading a team, coordinating loading/unloading, and ensuring on-time delivery of quality painted parts, with compliance to safety and quality policies at a 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2 years of technical or machine operator experience required.
• Basic mathematical skills related to measurements.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently.
• Ability to follow all policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for a 10-hour shift.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift meetings to reinforce safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Guide team members and provide recognition or corrective action as needed.
• Monitor departmental performance measures and report progress to leadership.

Paint Production Team LeadPaint DepartmentFSLA: Non-Exempt/HourlyShift: 2nd ShiftThe Paint Production Team Lead will be responsible for safely enhancing paint quality in alignment with internal and external customer requirements in the Paint Department. Expectations include the ability to lead the team, a deep understanding of the automotive paint process, as well as being able to identify molding defects in raw parts and paint defects on finished parts.
