We are seeking Production Workers at our Tulare Box Plant. The Corrugator Department Stacker/Loader/Packer is responsible for basic operations of stacking and loading finished product in the Department they have been assigned to. This includes ensuring that the machines are performing at 100% efficiency, ensuring that products coming off the stacker are being packed and inspected to the highest level of quality, while keeping the product flow moving and work area clean. They are to be engaged and take ownership ensuring they and their co-workers are working safely. The Team Member prepares machines for operation, keeps Rotary Die Cut Operator aware of needed machine adjustments,, continuously monitor stacker/load former in maintaining a minimal amount of waste, continually monitor bundle scale for correct counts and make needed adjustments. Other duties as assigned. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities for your role will also include performing quality assurance checks during the production process and managing the upkeep of the of the machines.
The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
