Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Milwaukee is seeking a Production Team Member for the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $22.58 per hour with pay raises after probation.

This role offers on-the-job training, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities to develop skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure, perform basic math, lift and move materials, follow safety rules, and adapt to a high-workload setting.

WestRock Milwaukee is looking for a Production Team member, 2nd shift available. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career by gaining on the job skills and experience, while earning a paycheck.

Will train on 1st shift for 1-3 weeks.

The Opportunity: Production Team Member - WestRock Milwaukee

Starting Pay: $22.58/hr with increase after probationary period.

Responsibilities

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift, push/pull, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8 or more hours.
• Ability to work a standard 8 hour shift up to six days a week with the flexibility of working over-time during the week to cover open positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
