Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Hanover Park, IL is hiring a Production Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) with flexibility for overtime and weekends. Training on the 1st shift during the first three weeks is required to get up to speed.

This role emphasizes safe operation, quality inspection, and on-the-job learning. Ideal candidates communicate well, can read a tape measure, perform basic math, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WestRock Hanover Park is now hiring a Production Associate for 2nd shift. Mon-Fri 2p-10p must be flexible for 8-12 hr shifts and weekends as needed.

(MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN FIRST 3 WEEKS ON 1ST SHIFT).

What You Need To Succeed

The starting rate is $23.87 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
