Job summary

Shell is seeking a Production Team Leader in Indiana to supervise hourly production staff, drive safety, reliability, and plant performance, and coordinate with Maintenance, HSSE, Quality, and Technical teams.

You will issue work permits, manage CMMS and SAP work requests, and lead shift performance. The role emphasizes coaching, Lean and continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture.

• Experience supervising hourly production staff and delivering performance coaching.
• Strong commitment to safety, process discipline, and workforce leadership.
• Ability to coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, Quality, and Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly employees through coaching and performance management.
• Issue Safe Work Permits, Lock Out Tag Out, Hot Work, and Confined Space Entry permits.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and regulatory expectations; troubleshoot issues and coordinate corrective actions.
