Job summary

• Strong interpersonal skills for fair, consistent supervision.
• Competency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Directs shift manufacturing activities and related departments.
• Manages production levels to meet customer demands.
• Schedules production employees to machines and duties to meet production targets.
• Maintains production logs and generates weekly output reports.
• Ensures compliance with EHS policies and safety procedures.
• Participates in interviewing hourly employees and training plans.
