Job summary

Inw Group is seeking a Maintenance/Operations Supervisor in Ogden, UT. You will motivate and coach production line teams, set up lines for orders, and drive lean initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, problem solving, and ensuring SOP/GMP compliance across shifts. The role requires strong communication in English, knowledge of visual management tools, and the ability to present to management.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; some college in maintenance manufacturing preferred.
• Familiar with visual management tools and standard work instructions.
• Lean experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Motivate team members to reach daily goals and KPIs.
• Coach and develop line associates to improve performance.
• Set up lines for production orders.
• Participate in company lean initiatives.
• Maintain line equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs and GMPs and documentation.
• Recommend equipment purchases to improve efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned.
