Job summary

Wasatch Labs in Utah is seeking a production associate to participate in developing and implementing unit policies and procedures, while monitoring efficiency and ensuring GMP compliance. The role involves handling materials, packaging, and routine line maintenance to support continuous production.

Responsibilities include quality checks, machine operation, line cleaning, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers on-site, full-time work with opportunities to contribute to process

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Inspect containers and packing to meet specifications.
• Remove completed/defective items to conveyors or loading areas.
• Ensure items are properly closed to prevent leaks and meet specs.
• Assemble and pad cartons, crates, and containers with hand tools.
• Clean work areas and containers with cleaning solutions.
• Fill containers from spouts or chutes using hand tools.
• Follow GMP; keep production area clean and attire worn.
• Come to line prepared with proper GMP attire.
• Ensure line produces quality products; avoid mindless hand-motions.
• Move materials for completed products to designated locations.
• Use machinery properly and safely.
• Break down unused components for recycling.
• Clean the line after the run; bi-weekly cleanings.
• Work in filling room with GMP attire; verify components and test tubes for leaks and specs.
