Job summary

ofi is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations across departments at our California location. You will develop the team, ensure safety, and meet throughput and KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating with QA, and leading shift handovers while maintaining compliance with safety policies. Join a global leader in ingredients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and team development ability.
• Maintain certifications and demonstrate proficiency with LOTO/LTO and shuttle truck.
• Strong communication across multiple channels (radio, phone, email).
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations of respected departments.
• Train and mentor team members to optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain product quality standards.
• Lead shift handover meetings and update SHO Boards.
• Ensure safety incidents are reported timely.
